It is possible to limit this history so, for example, the last 100 items are initially loaded rather than the whole list. This can be set in the following way:
Add a new System Parameter by opening System Parameter Maintenance and clicking on New
Fill out the following details:
Key: No Of History Lines To View Limit.
Value: the number of history items you would like to initially load, e.g. 100.
Click Save.
Now add another parameter:
Key: Ignore History Filter Settings
Value: No
Click Save and Exit.
Open User Profiles. Keep the DEFAULT profile selected and click on the Case General tab.
Click Update and in the History General section enter the required value in the Number of History Lines to View Limit.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 6 to 8 for any users who would prefer to have a personal limit set rather than using the default.
Users will pick up the changes when they next log into Proclaim. When they open a case and view the History only the set number of items will be visible. At the top of the History, the Filters option can be changed to All Correspondents to view the remaining items if needed.
