This occurs when an initial value has been specified for the specified option field, however when compared against Option Maintenance there is no option with a corresponding code. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Enter the Database Maintenance Program.
Select the relevant Case Type and select the impacted field (the magnifying glass can be used to search for the field if required).
Click Update.
Either remove the initial value or change the value to a valid entry from the option list. This value needs to match the first column from Option Maintenance.
Click Save.
Exit the program.
