Document version not saving in Workflow Maintenance

If the Document version is not saving in Workflow Maintenance, it may be that the Field selector is not loading. This causes stale winword sessions and prevents newly opened documents from loading. Clear any stale winword sessions by following the steps below:

  1. On your Keyboard, hold down crtl + alt + delete.

  2. Select Task Manager.

  3. Look for any tasks named winword. Depending on your computer settings, you may need to click on More Details to see the full list of Apps and background processes currently running.

  4. Select the processes containing the phrase winword, and click End task.

  5. Repeat step 4 with any further instances of winword.
