Make relevant amendments to ATM user selected in Taskserver Admin.

1. Create relevant new Outlook mail profile (not copy, and make sure its selected in the dropdown for load).
2. Create new proclaim ATM user pointing to new Outlook profile.
3. Make relevant amendments to ATM user selected in Taskserver Admin.
4. Restart Taskserver.
