Draft Emails Folder not showing

For users to use their email drafts folder, follow the steps below:

Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to Handler Maintenance, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

  1. The user must have a Handler Maintenance profile set up.

  2. The draft email folder will not be visible at first.

  3. The user needs to save a draft email under their own handle, to make it visible.

  • If the draft email is saved under the name of another handler, the draft will only be visible for that handler.
