For users to use their email drafts folder, follow the steps below:
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to Handler Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
The user must have a Handler Maintenance profile set up.
The draft email folder will not be visible at first.
The user needs to save a draft email under their own handle, to make it visible.
If the draft email is saved under the name of another handler, the draft will only be visible for that handler.
