Please add the following system parameter to System Parameter Maintenance on Proclaim:
Open System Parameter Maintenance
Click New
Add in the following:
Key: Update Letter Dates for HTML Send Email
Code: Blank
Value: Yes
Click Save
If you do not have access to the System Parameter Maintenance on your toolbar then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
