In order to get the Action Group Maintenance program working so the letter groups appear as they should within the Proclaim desktop, please follow the steps below:
From the toolbar, double-click on System Parameter Maintenance.
Click New, and enter the following:
Key: Create New Document
Code: Validate With Letter Groups
Value : Yes
Click Save and exit the program.
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to System Parameter Maintenance, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
