Fee Earners name has been changed

After a fee earner name has been changed in User Profiles and Handler Maintenance but is still showing on reports under the old name, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.


The support team can then run a one off that will change the name across the database.
