Error Find FIRST/LAST Failed for table ttCaseTypes (565)
This error can happen in the event that the case types are not set to be linked with the Fee Earners in Handler maintenance via the system Matrix.
In order to rectify this please follow the below steps:
Open System Matrix.
Check fields Fee Earner, Fee Earner Code, Fee Earner ID exist.
If the fields do not exist they will need to be created.
Press New at the bottom of the screen.
Type the name of the field as mentioned above.
Press Tab.
Search for fee earner and select in order for each field Description, Code, ID.
Save & Exit.
Open Handler Maintenance and populate the fields.
Alternatively you can contact us to run a one off program which will allow all handlers to be automatically added to the case type in question.
