Fee Earner initials not pulling through

If the users/fee earners initials are not pulling through to the letter, generally, the initials are missing in handler maintenance. Please check if all details are in the handler maintenance by following the steps below:

  1. Go to and open Handler Maintenance.

  2. Find the user and check all detail are there. If not, click Update, enter the details and Save.

  3. Get the affected user to come out of the case and then back in again for it to refresh Proclaim. Test this change by running the letter again.

If this still doesn't bring anything up for the reports then the parameter that is going through on the report may require the Fee Earners full name putting in rather than just the initials.
