If you see the error, 'Version 000 of document not found', it means the document version needs to be updated in Workflow Maintenance. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

Resolve the error
To update the document version in Workflow Maintenance:
Go into Workflow Maintenance and open the correct case type.
Find the letter that is causing the issue and open it.
Add a space anywhere that does not affect the letter.
Close the letter and save.
Ensure the version number changes to 001 in Workflow Maintenance.
Go back into the case and test.
If the document is a PDF rather than a Word document, rotate the PDF in the PDF editor instead. The rotation counts as an edit, and you will be prompted to save when exiting.
