To remove an incorrect email address from the suggested list in Proclaim, please follow the steps below:
Open File Explorer in Windows.
Type %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Proclaim in the address bar at the top of the window.
Double-click the ProclaimMail.dat file in the folder.
If prompted to choose a program to open this in choose Notepad.
Delete any lines in the document relating to email addresses you which to remove.
Close the file and press Save when prompted.
