Error: 'The total length of the fields in an index exceeds max key size'

The solution to this issue is to rename ProclaimMail.Dat:

  1. Log out of Proclaim.

  2. Open File Explorer in Windows.

  3. Type %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Proclaim in the address bar at the top of the window.

  4. Rename the ProclaimMail.dat file in the folder.

  5. Log back into Proclaim.
