KPI data is updated by creating new cases, recording time, billing and closing files.
Inspecting the set up is usually done by Access Legal.
The Fee Earners Team are set below:
They can be in 1 of 2 places
User Groups - A fee earner team will be copied from their User Group. Note: A Fee Earner can only be a member of one User Group. If a Fee Earner is a member of more than 1 Group their KPI updates will be sent to the Error Queue. KPI Graph Groups do not affect Teams.
Fee Earner Group -The KPI team will be copied from the Group Code in Accounts Fee Earners.
Option List
The fee earners team is copied from the team column on the fee earners option List.
A System Matrix item named KPI team it should point to the fee earner and team column.
If the site has local fee earner option lists as well as global the KPI team matrix should exist in those local case types as well.
