New targets will need setting up for each fee earner per year. To do this follow the below steps:
Open KPI Configuration.
Click on Targets.
Locate and select an existing entry for the relevant fee earner.
Click Copy.
When prompted select copy to Another Year, then select the relevant year in the next prompt.
Fill out the required target details.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 3 to 7 for each of the fee earners required.
