To hide Fee Earners with a nil value from Aged WIP as FE or Aged WIP as Handler follow the steps below:
Open KPI Configuration from the main menu.
Select the GRAPHS option.
Click on the relevant Graph from the list.
Click UPDATE.
On the Display tab tick the option box Omit Codes with Zero Value.
Click SAVE.
To hide inactive Fee Earners follow the steps below:
Open KPI Configuration from the main menu.
Select the CODES option.
Click UPDATE.
Amend the active status of the fee earner from yes to no.
Click SAVE.
