This will need to be transferred through a posting in General Postings, follow the below steps:
From the main Proclaim menu select General Postings.
Select posting type TCD (to transfer monies to deposit) TDC (to transfer monies from deposit to client)
Select NEW and then fill in all the details for the matter and reference you require.
Select the correct bank accounts needed for the transfer.
Click on the floppy disk icon on the right to save the posting and then select POST at the bottom.
The money will need to also be transferred through the bank accounts on your banking system.
