This is a third party application so we do not support this ourselves.
As it's an issue with the Microsoft suite of applications, we've raised a support ticket with them and would encourage you to do so too.
In the meantime, you may find that Version 2409 (Build 18025.20160) of the 365 suite mitigates this problem. Please contact your IT in order to address this issue,
