In the Ledger tab of Client Matter Enquiry, below the ledger postings you can display numerous matter balances, for example Client Balance, Bills Outstanding, etc. ​ Configure these by right-clicking in that area and selecting from the list. ​ If any of these balances appear incorrect, please ask a question in the <a href="https://help-proclaim.theaccessgroup.com/en/articles/14186655-how-you-contact-proclaim-support-via-the-myaccess-portal">MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant</a> and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
