OBB report is showing archived matters on it

f there are still matters showing on the Office Balance (OBB) retrospective report and they are showing as archived, first thing to do is to check on the matter if these were archived in the current period.


You can find this information in the Client Matter Enquires on the matter tab and the Archive details tab.


There will be a date when the matter was archived, if it is the current period then the reports may be running the previous period for the retrospective report.


You can run the Office Balance/Business Balance Live report and see if these no longer show up on the reports.

If the matter is not archived and showing on the report with zero balances, it would be worth checking on the Client Matter Enquiries that the option to show Anticipated disbursements not billed or paid are available in the bottom totals.

If not then these need to be added by configuring the matter details (Right Click at the bottom of the page).

This will then appear at the bottom of the screen with the current matter balance.
