If you are getting formatting errors when uploading a CSV file in the Auto Post program please check the following:
The file must not have headers.
Ensure the correct format is used for the relevant transaction.
There must be no commas in the data.
You can open the CSV file with Notepad which may help to highlight formatting errors.
If you still cannot identify the error then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
