This can be set up in slips via the Slip Configuration:
From the main menu select Slip Configuration.
On the TYPES tab double click the PIO Code option.
This will change the setting of the column Available to YES.
When you log back on the Proclaim Desktop/Main Case Handling this will be available in the list.
