The only Bank to Bank transfer that can be done is the IBT and this doesn't go against a matter.
If you are wanting to post this to the correct bank then you need to post off the matter as a BRC or BPC (depending on the original posting) and post back on correctly against the right client bank.
These are all done through General Postings.
