The Interbank Transfer posting (IBT) is used for moving money between different bank accounts of the same type held by your firm.
To create and post a Interbank Transfer follow the steps below:
From the main menu open General Postings.
Select the Transaction Type – IBT – Inter Bank Transfer.
Click on NEW.
Select the relevant option either ‘Office’, 'Client' or 'Deposit'.
Enter the correct date for the posting.
Enter the Narrative, Amount and Reference.
Select the From Bank Code and To Bank Code.
Click on SAVE.
Click on POST.
