Posting Enquiry screen report

If the report is sent as browser print automatically, it could be that there are no screen reports set up.


If this is the case then they will need to be added by the support team.


Please raise a new case online and reference adding standard screen reports.

However, another reason could be because of restricted nominals. It is impossible for the report program to determine whether the specific restricted nominal(s) are contained within the results of the report.


It can only determine whether the user is restricted from any nominal. And if they are, the screen reports will not be available. A workaround for this is to right-click on the postings found through the filters and select Export to Excel.
