You can amend all elements of the short code, but we would advise that the Code for the Short code not be changed if it has had postings against.
You can amend the Short Code by doing the below:
Go into the Accounts Administration from the main menu.
Select the SHORT CODES tab.
Find the code you wish to amend.
Then select UPDATE.
Change the Description or whichever tab you need to change.
