To resolve this you will need access to Rates Maintenance:
Go into Rates Maintenance
Click the grid icon in the top-right corner to reset the layout
Go back to the oldest Default view if possible
Exit the program then go back in to see the changes if they don't appear right away.
If you or your system administrator don't have access to Rates Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
