You will need access to Workflow Maintenance, if you do not have access you will need to seek the relevant level of training.

To set up a new form follow the steps below:
Open Workflow Maintenance from your toolbar
Navigate at the top to the Forms tab
Select new at the bottom right
Enter a form name
Select the form file format IE MS word
Click Save
Now you can amend the form by doing the following:
Click the small word/pdf icon at the right hand side of the screen
This will open the editing software for the format selected
Make amendments as necessary and then save the document
You have created/amended a form.
