To add new text fields to your existing PDF secure document follow the steps below:

1. In Proclaim open the Workflow Maintenance program.
2. Select relevant Case Type.
3. Select document to amend and check what form it uses.
4. Go to Forms tab and select the relevant form.
5. Open up form by using the pdf icon:
6. In the document scroll to where you wish to add a new text field and press the green cross and select Text Field.
7. Use cursor to draw where your text box will be placed and with the text box highlighted you can adjust the parameters and move the box.
8. Save the document and go back to the document to use the new boxes to add new fields.
