If a new Field has been added to System, Fileview Dynamic Database needs re-populating, follow the steps below:
Open Dynamic Database Maintenance
Select Fileview Table
Right click select Populate Data
Add fields that needs to be added,
You can run later or Now
All cases should appear on Fileview
If you or your system administrator don't have access to Dynamic Database Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
