By adding the below System Parameter and setting the Value to No, the warning message about adding a Cost Category will not be displayed when the user Accepts the Action. If the value is set to Yes, the message will display, and the user will not be able to accept the Action until the field is populated.
To add the System Parameter:
1. Enter the System Parameter Maintenance Program.
2. Click on New.
3. Within the Key field type Force Entry of Cost Category.
4. Leave the Code field blank.
5. Within the Value field type Yes or No (see explanation above).
6. Click on Save.
If you or your system administrator does not have access to System Parameter Maintenance, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
