If your system is configured for SecureDocs, you'll see some menu changes in v4.
To see the information for a SecureDoc:
Open the case and view the History.
On the SecureDoc.not the email, right-click and then click Document.
Click Display and then click either Archive Version or Sealed Versions.
Tip: This is what you'll see:
Archive Version - opens the document to enable it to be viewed.
Sealed Versions - opens a new window showing the status of the SecureDoc.
To view a sealed SecureDoc, click the line and then click View.
