If you have been granted the relevant permissions, delete history records by following the steps below:
Note: You'll only be able to remove SecureDocs if they're unset.
Right-click the relevant history line.
Select Remove Entry.
Note: For Proclaim version 4 onwards, you'll need to click GDPR to view this option.On the pop-up, click Yes.
Tip: To view the removed entries:
In Proclaim versions before version 4, right-click on any history entry and then select Show Adjustment Entries.
For Proclaim version 4 onwards, click the table settings cog
and then click Show Adjustment Entries.
