If you are running out of disk space, we will need some information:
Please provide screen captures of your programs' folder, which you can access by right-clicking your Proclaim shortcut, and then dropping back a folder. E.G. \\C:\Prodisk\Proclaim\Programs
Please also provide a screen capture of the total size of your programs folder
Please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
