This is likely to be disc space on Prodisk where there is insufficient space not all the databases are starting up.

To resolve, as your IT and ask them to check the Prodisk Drive on Proclaim server and see if the disc space can be enlarged.

If the problem isn't the above then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
