NOTE: If you are using a remote desktop server please ensure all users are signed out of the server and you run the install in /install mode via CMD. Once this is completed return to /execute mode.
To update the PDF Controls files follow the steps below,
Remove the existing pdf control installation from the Programs and feature section via the control panel.
Add the pdf control file into the Tall components folder on the server e.g. below.
server name\Prodisk\Proclaim\340Install\CD\ProclaimComponents\TallComponents
right click on the new file and run the installation.
once compete get the user to restart the computer.
Lastly, Test it.
