KPI cannot view all teams

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Open KPI Configuration.

  2. Click the SETTINGS tab.

  3. Check the Min Security Level to view all teams.
    ​Tip: It should be the same for the user to view all teams.

Note: If the user is not allowed to view all teams then make sure the correct team name is listed in Handler Maintenance.
