To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Open KPI Configuration.
Click the SETTINGS tab.
Check the Min Security Level to view all teams.
Tip: It should be the same for the user to view all teams.
Note: If the user is not allowed to view all teams then make sure the correct team name is listed in Handler Maintenance.
