SFTP files not being exported from the directory monitoring

In the even where it has been identified that all other elements are functional, so for example you have been able to transfer files through Putty using the current directory monitoring setup, then check system parameters.

In System parameters there should be the following parameter:
​Key : Secure FTP PSFTP File
Code:
Value: location and name of psftp.exe (eg. C:\Prodisk\Proclaim\psftp.exe)

If the above is already in the system parameters, you might want to replace the path with the UNC path, if none of this has worked or you do not have the ncessary access to make this change please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
