To enable the Proclaim Outlook Add-in on a machine that has Proclaim installed follow the details below:
Check to see if the ProclaimOutlookAddin is under Disabled Application Add-Ins.
If it is change the Manage section at the bottom to Disabled Items and click Go.
Highlight the ProclaimOutlookAddin and click Enable then Close.
Change the Manage option to COM Add-ins and click Go.
Find ProclaimOutlookAddin in the list, tick it then click Ok.
In Outlook click on File, Options, Add-ins The Proclaim Outlook Add-in should now appear in Outlook to the right of Help on the top menu.
