Note: In order to complete the setup of the new Tall bundling components at least Tech1 or higher training is required as this needs access and understanding of the system parameter program.
If you do not have this training please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Alternatively, in the event that you do have the correct training level and access please follow the below instructions:
Please click on this link and download both the guide as well as the correct version of the tall bundler in accordance with the version of PDF controller you are currently using or wanting to use with this.
If you require a specific version of the PDF controller please download that from here.
If this is a terminal server it would need to be placed in install mode before any changes are made.
Uninstall previous version of PDF control (only if required).
Right click on the newly downloaded files and choose Properties then untick the unblock option and hit Apply .
Install new version of pdf control (only if required).
Install new Tall bundling components.
Add new system parameter.
