This issue can sometimes happen when some files might not load correctly on logging in to Proclaim. If this message shows up on any word document recently added to your history, please Sign out of Proclaim and back in and this should rectify itself naturally.

Please make sure full proclaim programs are installed. You can check in Control Panel List of Programs that should be present:

  1. Proclaim PDF Control

  2. DevExpressHtml

  3. HTML Editot

  4. FileToPDF

  5. OpenEdge version (11 or 12) Depending on version of Proclaim

  6. Proclaim Word Add in


If any of them missing please re-install proclaim components or full install of proclaim.


If this does not rectify after the above steps please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
