Interest calculator not doing anything when selecting to process

This could be that the Process is stuck in the back ground and is not allowing the button to be selected.


The best thing to try is to log out fully of Proclaim and the Remote Desktop, check there are no other sessions that can be logged in for the user.


Once this is done then log back in and this should have rectified the problem.
