Updating Quill credentials

The most common situation for this is either a new setup for Quill or a password reset for this Proclaim integration which would then need to be updated within the Link Type FM program. In order to do this please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to Quill externally and if this does not work please contact Quill support directly.

  2. Contact Quill and ask for a password reset.

  3. In the Proclaim toolbar select Link Type FM, please keep in mind not all users will have access to this program.

  4. Locate the correct user and click on Update at the bottom of the screen to be able to update either the password or the username.

  5. Save & Exit.

  6. Ask the user to log out and log back in to Proclaim to ensure changes have been picked up.
