On the ledger in both Main Case Handler and Proclaim Desktop there is an option to tick to not see the reversals and reversed postings
From Main Case Handler/Proclaim Desktop:
From the Main Desktop select either Main Case Handler/Proclaim Desktop.
Put your case reference in the Search box and open the case.
Once this is open select the Accounts on the left hand side.
Take out the tick in the box at the top of the screen 'Show Reversed and Reversals'.
This will remove any posting reversals done if the box is ticked again they will reappear.
From Client Matter Enquiry:
From the Main Desktop select Client Matter Enquiry.
Put in the matter number.
Select the Ledger tab.
Untick the option at the top 'Show Reversed and Reversals'.
NB
The only postings it will remove are actual reversals through General Postings or from the ledger from the original transactions.
If a contra posting has been done but stipulates reversal in the narrative these will still show.
