Work in Progress (WIP) can be moved from one case to another by following the steps below:
Within the History of the case, click the entry you wish to Transfer/Write Off/Reverse, or click on multiple. entries by holding down the Ctrl Key on your keyboard.
Right click on one of the selected lines.
Click on WIP Adjustments and then click on Transfer Selected/Write Off/ Reverse.
In the case box, enter the reference of the case you want to transfer the WIP to and click OK.
Click on Process.
NB The write off option should only be used on the Proclaim Desktop if you don't have Proclaim Accounts, if you have Proclaim Accounts this should be done via the WOW posting in General Postings.
You also can not transfer time that has been billed this will need to be done via reversing the bill and then transferring or doing a minus WIP line and positive on the other case.
