The User Profiles program controls both global system settings and individual user settings.
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to User Profiles, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
To create a new individual user, copy the profile of an existing user that has a similar position by following the steps below:
Enter the User Profiles program then click the User tab.
Click the user you'd like to copy, then click Copy.
Enter a User Name.
Note: This is usually the initials for the person.Enter a Password.
Note: The password will not be displayed in User Profiles and just shows as ************.If the new user should have different settings than the copied user, amend the individual settings within each tab.
Click Save then exit the program.
Note: If the new user is also a Fee Earner, set them up as a Handler.
