Adding a new Departments

  1. From the Main Menu go to Accounts Administration

  2. Click on the DEPTS tab at the top of the screen

  3. Click NEW at the bottom of the screen

  4. Type in Description of the new department

  5. Click SAVE at the bottom of the screen

To add the new Department to a nominal account:

  1. From the Main Menu go to Nominal Maintenance

  2. Select appropriate nominal account

  3. Click on the DEPTS tab at the top of the screen

  4. Click on the UPDATE tab at the bottom of the screen

  5. Click an appropriate department from the Available screen

  6. Click right-arrow

  7. Click on SAVE

  8. Click EXIT
