I have an accounts license but only Proclaim Desktop is appearing on my menu

On the login screen where you enter you Username and password, click on the rosette, top right corner.

This will open and show you how many of each license type you hold.

You will have purchased a set number of licenses, but can have as many users as you like having access to the accounts package, but only a set number of people will be able to log into accounts at once depending on how many accounts licenses you have purchased.

To check who is logged in you can click on user history on the main menu.

Someone who does not need the accounts package but has access to it will need to log out first so you can log in using the license they had taken.
