As standard, history items are amendable for 5 days. If you try to amend an item after this time period, you will receive the above message. To change the number of days a history item is amendable for yourself or another user, please follow the steps below:
Note: These steps can only be carried out by someone with access to the user profiles.
Enter the User Profiles program.
Select the User and click on the Case General tab.
Click Update.
Within the History General Section, click into the History items amendable for field. Type in the number of days you would like allow the user to be able to amend the history for. Note: entering 99 will allow the user to be able to amend history items indefinitely.
Click Save and exit User Profiles. The user will need to log out of Proclaim and back in to pick up these changes.
