If a user requires permission to be able to drag and drop items from the sent folder in outlook into Proclaim, the user's settings can be updated within User Profiles by following the steps below:
Enter the User Profiles Program.
Select the User and click Update.
Select the Email/ Printing Tab.
Tick the Allow Sent Items To Be Processed box under General Email Options.
Click Save.
